Fifteen Minutes To Listen is over. However, I'll still be posting at Fifteen Minutes To Live. The site is mainly music/movie news and reviews, but it will also include the posting of a random old song. So please head on over now and I'll see you there. Thanks for stopping by.

Why? - Gemini (Birthday Song)
from Elephant Eyelash
This was one of my favorite albums last year, but I'm not here to talk about that right now. Today is my birthday and this was the first song I thought of that's sort of about birthdays.

T.I. - What You Know
I'm trying to get this site back up with semi-regular postings. I figured a good way to start it off would be with one of the hottest joints of this new year. This track should be on the upcoming album The King, but I'm not entirely sure.

Joaquin Phoenix - I Walk The Line
from Walk The Line soundtrack
I checked out this flick over the long weekend and enjoyed it. Joaquin does a decent job of imitating Cash.

Chocolate Genius - My Mom
from Black Music
I got the chance to see my mom over the past weekend. I was in the area and didn't tell her and then stopped by to make a surprise visit. I think she really appreciated it and it made me happy. However, this song is quite sad.

Cody Chesnutt - Five On A Joyride
from The Headphone Masterpiece
I just finished watching Me and You and Everyone We Know and I have to say that I find it odd that Cody Chesnutt is the preferred music of teenage girls to listen to during sexual experimentation. I like Cody, but it just seems slightly strange.

from Desperate Youths, Blood Thirsty Babes
I will be your accident if you will be my ambulance

Vince Guaraldi Trio - Christmas Time Is Here (instrumental version)
from A Charlie Brown Christmas
Even though it's not Christmas time, this song seems fairly appropriate.

Jackson C Frank - Milk and Honey
Buy the Brown Bunny soundtrack
I finally got around to seeing the Brown Bunny and I have to say that I was disappointed. I think I need to be at least somewhat entertained when I watch a film. The film looked good and had some good music in it, but it was very slow and very boring.
